2. These terms
By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. They form the contract between you and us for the sale of goods.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies.
3. Ordering and contract formation
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will send you an order confirmation email, but this is not acceptance.
A contract is formed when we dispatch the goods (or send a dispatch confirmation email).
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud). If we cancel, we will refund any payment made.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. All prices include VAT (if applicable) but exclude delivery charges.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of order. We accept payments via Stripe (via WooPayments/Stripe Gateway).
You confirm that the payment method belongs to you and has sufficient funds.
All payments are processed securely. We do not store full card details.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch goods within 3-5 working days of order acceptance (subject to stock). Delivery times are estimates only.
Delivery is to the address you provide. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Delivery charges are displayed at checkout.
If delivery is delayed or fails (e.g., incorrect address), we may charge for redelivery.
Title (ownership) passes to you when we receive full payment.
6. Your right to cancel (cooling-off period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receiving the goods to cancel for any reason.
To cancel, email us at sales@kirossturfcare.com with your order number and intention to cancel.
Return goods unused, in original packaging, at your cost (unless faulty).
We will refund the price paid (including standard delivery) within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
Exceptions: No cancellation right for custom/personalised goods, perishable items, or sealed goods opened for hygiene reasons.

7. Returns, refunds, and faulty goods
Faulty or incorrect goods: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.
If faulty within 30 days: Full refund or replacement.
After 30 days (up to 6 months): Repair, replacement, or refund (we may ask you to prove fault).
Contact us within 30 days for returns. We cover return postage for faulty items.
Non-faulty returns: As above in cancellation section.
Refunds are to the original payment method.
No refunds for change of mind after 14 days (unless faulty).
8. Our liability
We are liable for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
For other losses: Our liability is limited to the price paid for the goods.
We are not liable for indirect losses (e.g., loss of profits, data, business).
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
9. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, supply issues).
10. Intellectual property
All content on our site (images, text, logos) is our property or licensed to us. You may not copy or use without permission.
11. Disputes
These terms are governed by Scottish law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Scottish courts.
