1. Introduction
This Returns Policy explains how to return items purchased from https://kirossturfcare.com, your rights to cancel or return, and our process for refunds and replacements.
It works alongside our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days from the day you (or your nominated recipient) receive the goods.
How to cancel:
– Email us at sales@kirossturfcare.com within 14 days of receiving the goods.
– Include your order number, name, and a clear statement that you are cancelling.
– We will send you a confirmation email with a returns label or instructions.
You must return the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.
3. Conditions for Returns
– Goods must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, tags, etc.).
– You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or we agree otherwise.
– We recommend using tracked/signed-for delivery for returns.
Exceptions (no right to cancel):
– Customised or personalised goods (made to your specification).
– Perishable items.
– Sealed goods that have been opened for hygiene/health reasons (e.g., certain accessories or consumables).
4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:

– Of satisfactory quality
– Fit for purpose
If goods arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
– Contact us within 30 days of delivery via email (sales@kirossturfcare.com) with photos and your order number.
– We will arrange collection or provide a prepaid returns label (we cover return costs).
– Within 30 days: Choose full refund, replacement, or repair.
– After 30 days (up to 6 months
