The FPM 3.2m Hydraulic Disc Mower P-DKF320/8 is an ideal machine for smallholders and estate owners. Thanks to its adjustable angle, this mower can be used to cut not only fields and paddocks, but also verges.

The P-DKF320/8 attaches to the PTO of the tractor, with a recommended RPM of 540. This powers the eight blade discs with two blades each to turn at an impressive 3030 RPM. This formation prevents damage to the plant stem or root and spreads the cuttings evenly. This shortens drying time.

The discs are positioned in a row along the cutting bar. The discs’ driveline system uses a hexagonal shaft and two angle gears in an oil bath. The D-DKF model has a newer design which allows gears to be changed by removing a single disc, rather than dismantling the whole cutting bar. This configuration consumes less energy and enables use even with lower powered tractors. The FPM 3.2m Hydraulic Disc Mower has a safety system for the automatic release of the cutting bar in case of an impact with an obstacle. This prevents damage to the tractor.

The hydraulic lifting system of the cutting bar allows it to be angled between 45° upwards and 45° downwards. The angling allows this mower to cut verges and ditches, as well as varying contours on open land.

The FPM 3.2m Hydraulic Disc Mower is easy to fit and operate. It can attach to most compact tractors via the 3-point linkage. The mower suits both category 1 and 2 linkages.
